In Massachusetts, Hair Cuttery is partnering with the Boys & Girls Club and the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families.
Participating Hair Cutterys include salons in Allston, Arlington, Brookline, Burlington, Cambridge, Charlestown, Danvers, Framingham, Hudson, Medford, Revere, Saugus, Waltham, Watertown, and Woburn.
From August 1st through 15th, every time a child (aged 18 years old or younger) receives a haircut at any of the nearly 800 Hair Cuttery salons, including the 42 locations in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island, a free haircut will be provided to a disadvantaged child in each community.
Through partnerships with over one hundred local social service agencies and non-profit organizations, Hair Cuttery has donated more than 560,000 haircuts since the program’s inception in 1999.
