As we travel the road of life many situations and circumstances come that leave our hearts pained and full of sorrow.

We are unable to forgive those who have hurt us.

In this evening's program we will explore methods on how to let go of the past and live a more peaceful life.

We will practice methods of meditation to clear our hearts and to guide us into a state of peace and happiness.
