This is a family friendly, community event that offers something fun for everyone!

The event centers around a 5K run & walk, which starts at 9:30 a.m. The route is fast and flat, and begins and ends at the Mystic Valley Regional Charter School Athletic Facility.

Participants of all abilities are welcome to run or walk!

T-shirts are guaranteed to all runners/walkers who register on-line before 9/26.

In addition to the 5K run & walk, there are kids races, kids activities (face painting, games, tattoos, a pumpkin patch), food, music & post race massages.

Some food items and most kids activities are free, as are the post race massages.

This event takes place rain or shine.

In event of inclement weather, most activities will be moved into the Athletic Facility.

Friends and neighbors are invited to cheer us on.

If you live along the route, please step out and join the fun!

All proceeds from the event benefit programs for current students of Mystic Valley Regional Charter School, which is a public charter school located in Malden Massachusetts.

The school serves students in grades K-12 on four campuses in Malden.

There are currently 1,500 students at the school with a waiting list of over 3,000.
