Vela, Wellesley’s premiere destination for authentic, upscale Italian cuisine, invites you and the kids to experience fine dining, family-style! Give the Chinese food a break and head over to Vela every Sunday evening for a meal that’s fun for the whole family.
Adults will enjoy a revolving selection of sophisticated pasta dishes, served family-style, as well as a mixed green salad and tiramisu. Current pasta offerings include:
* Spaghetti Carbonara
* Ricotta Ravioli with Basil and Cherry Tomatoes
* Baked Rigatoni Bolognese with Fontina and Smoked Tomato
* Serrano Ham Ravioli with Fresh Mint, Peas and Mascarpone
* Fettucine with Shrimp, Garlic, Chili Flakes, White Wine and Arugula
Kids can create their own pasta dishes and top it all off with vanilla ice cream for dessert. Mix and match pastas and sauces include:
Pasta - Fettuccine, Spaghetti, Cheese Ravioli, Rigatoni or Penne
Sauces - Alfredo, Marinara, Pesto, Bolognese, Butter and Cheese
Also available are $10 carafes of wine (for the adults!) and $5 carafes of juice.
