StrollerFit instructors will guide you through a safe, effective, and innovative workout using strollers, supplemental resistance and body weight to burn fat, strengthen and tone muscles, build cardiovascular endurance and improve flexibility...all while you spend quality time with your baby. Classes are geared to all exercise levels.
Free Class, Refreshments & Prizes
Class is FREE for all, and after class there will be food, drinks and prizes! If you're lucky, you could win even more free classes and lots of other great prizes.
Time & Location
Class starts at 9:40am and will be held at the Newton Lower Falls Community Center Park (inside the gym if it’s raining). Please arrive ten minutes early if it's your first day. Come see what all the excitement is about-and bring a friend!
