The North Shore Players of Danvers holds auditions for their Youth Theatre production of Honk!
with music by George Stiles and book by Andrew Drewe.
Auditions are open to all young actors, dancers and singers ages 5 to 18, for this musical retelling of the Hans Christian Andersen classic The Ugly Duckling.
Auditions are at Hogan Auditorium, 450 Maple Street, Danvers, Saturday January 21 from 2PM-5PM with callbacks on Sunday January 22 from 2PM-6PM.
Alternate audition times are available for those with conflicts.

Those auditioning are asked to prepare 16-32 bars of a musical theatre song.
Please provide piano sheet music in the same key that you will be singing in.
The audition will consist of singing and some cold readings from the script.
Not all will be invited to callbacks.
Please be prepared to provide all conflicts at the time of your audition.

performances will take place at the Hogan Auditorium on March 24, 25 and 26, 2017.
Rehearsals will be Saturdays from 2-5PM and Sundays from 2-6PM throughout January, February and March, plus a full rehearsal tech week March 19-23.
The show is produced by Samantha Gambaccini, directed by James Tallach, and music directed by Marcia Groome.
