On Saturday, November 29th the City of Lowell will host its annual City of Lights Parade and Celebration. The parade will begin at 4:30 at the corner of Jackson & Central Streets, followed by a 6:00 lighting ceremony at City Hall.

Santa Claus and Mayor Edward 'Bud' Caulfield will be on hand to light City Hall, adding to more than 100,000 lights, which will illuminate the downtown area. Refreshments will be available and photo opportunities with Santa will take place inside City Hall.
