This year Santa checked his travel list twice and has confirmed his visit to Verrill Farm. Everyone coming to stand that day is invited to enter a drawing for a Gingerbread House Kit made in the Verrill Farm kitchen. Local musical group Two for the Show will play carols and familiar folk tunes. Complimentary hot cider, cookies and candy canes.

Verrill Farm is putting up and decorating a special tent for Santa to replace the greenhouse which was destroyed in the fire.Bundle up because the tent will be minimally heated.

Holiday hours are 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM daily; 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM December 24. The stand will be closed on Christmas and the day after as well as on New Year’s Day.

Come enjoy the spirit of the season at Verrill Farm's annual 'Santa Day'. Take pictures with Santa, share holiday treats and hear live music with the family. To ring in the holidays, festivities begin at 2:00 with free activities for kids, a food demo and decorating tips for the season. Santa arrives at 3:00pm.

• count the cranberries in a jar and win a turkey or ham

3:00 - 5:00 pm: a visit with Santa
• bring a Christmas wish list and show it to Santa
• bring a camera and take pictures for the family album

Throughout the afternoon, there will be live music by Two for the Show and complimentary hot chocolate made in the farm stand kitchen, hot mulled and cold ciders and cookies.

The Verrill Farm Kitchen is most famous for it's award winning desserts which are made daily from scratch. They also make bountiful quantities of soups, tasty entrees, and baked desserts, and party foods.
