Our mentoring programs provide girls with opportunities to develop special friendships with caring and committed women volunteers where they can feel listened to, supported and encouraged. By fostering these special relationships between girls and women, Big Sister helps girls cultivate the confidence, competence and caring they need to make realities of their dreams.
