Fresh City is an upbeat, friendly cafe/restaurant tucked into a shopping plaza near the Newington Mall. Offering breakfast, lunch and dinner choices, it aims to help you 'Live Life to the Freshest.' At any hour of the day, you can find a freshly-made meal at a very reasonable price.

In the morning, muffins, bagels and coffee drinks are served. Lunch and dinner feature 'cookin' wraps' (fajitas, burritos, and wraps filled with salmon, chicken, steak, or vegetables), 'salad wraps' (from Caesar to 'Buffalo Bleu'), salads, sandwiches (made on flat bread, Ciabatta or honey wheat bread), homemade soups, Asian noodles (made with roasted chicken, sirloin steak, duck, salmon, vegetables, or tofu), and stir fry. Jasmine or brown rice are available with your meal.

And for a snack or dessert, come in at an hour for a fruit smoothie, coffee smoothie, coffee drink, or baked goodies. Fresh pita chips are complimentary! There is plenty of seating available, either at a booth inside or at a table outside.

From I-95 N: Take exit #4 (US-4/RT-16) on the left toward N.H. Lakes/White Mts./Spaulding Tpke. Merge onto NH-16 N/Spaulding Tpke and after approximately 2 miles, take exit number 1- toward Pease Int'l Tradeport/Gosling Rd. Turn right at the bottom of the ramp onto Gosling Rd. Follow Gosling Rd. for approximately 200 yards and turn left into the Crossing at Fox Run retail center. Follow straight for approximately 200 yards and Fresh City is located on the right, between Kitchen's Etc. and Old Navy.

From I-95 S: Take exit #7- toward Business Dist./ Portsmouth/ Newington and turn right onto Market St. Follow Market St. for approximately 0.5 miles and Market St. will become Woodbury Ave. Follow Woodbury Ave. for approximately 0.5 miles and turn left onto Gosling Rd. Follow Gosling Rd. for approximately 200 yards and turn right into the Crossing at Fox Run retail center. Follow straight for approximately 200 yards and Fresh City is located on the right, between Kitchen's Etc. and Old Navy.
