Romano's Macaroni Grill offers straightforward Italian with some unusual twists. Build your own dish with your choice of pasta (even whole wheat!), sauces, etc. There are also many chicken, fish and steak options, as well as brick oven pizzas. Full bar and wine list. Appetizers ragne from $6-$10, dinners from $9-$21, and pizzas are $9, plus toppings.

Kid's meals are only $4.49 and are huge. They include a choice of sides [healthy or fries], bottomless drinks and amazingly good vanilla ice cream with homemade chocolate ganache. Kid menus are mini activity books, and the whole table is covered with drawing paper. Take those crayons and go nuts! Staff and hosts are exceptionally friendly. The restaurant tends to be noisy (in a happening way) so nobody will mind your loud, lovable children

Too Noisy, Sat 22 Sep 2007

Food was good, if a little pricey. Good choice for adults and kids, BUT way too noisy. My 6 & 4 year old were too distracted by the noise. Sorry not impressed much prefer Bertuccis.

Kids meals, adult portions, Fri 21 Sep 2007

I hope it's not dishonest to order kid's takeout meals and eat them yourself, but the portions at Macaroni Grill are too large for one little belly. That means a $5 meal instead of $10, and there's lots to choose from. The kid's pizza, for example, is enough for two if you throw some salad on a plate. They even have curbside service. Anything to get out of cooking!

Terrible Food, Sat 6 Jan 2007

We went to the Macaroni Grill on a Fri night. After waiting close to an hour to be seated I have to say it was a major disappointment. The food was terrible. We actually left hungry because we did not eat our food. Would never go back.

A Nice Change From Bertucci's, Fri 8 Dec 2006

At first glance, the Macaroni Grill looked like too adult. But our kindergartners loved drawing all over the paper tablecloth, and couldn't even finish the giant pizzas in their kids meals. The staff was outrageously nice (so they're coached to be, who cares?) Reasonalby priced, tasty, and great desserts! Everything out-shone Bertuccis.
