Shop alone!!, Tue 22 Sep 2009

I have visited and purchased from this shop quite a few times. The clothing is fairly good, although the infant selection hasn't changed too much in the last couple of months. The stroller selection is usually only consists of double strollers and some need a good cleaning!! The only concern I have if that I've brought my children there with me and now my oldest child refuses to go. The owner's daughter was there running around the store the last 3 times I was there and followed us around the entire time, hands all over my newborn, and HIT my oldest when she wouldn't play with her! (And I've seen her SLAP another child who came in and started playing with her until she cried). The owner is too busy working to effectively parent her. Hopefully, it was only a temporary situation and I can shop in peace next time around.

I love this store, it's big, open and bright, it has a good selection of childrens clothes up to size 8. There are a lot of toys/games, things to play with, as well as a good selection of gear for the new parent or grandparent. I really like the little stage they built for kids to try out dance shoes in front of the big mirrors on the wall. And the carousel horse they have named 'Lucky' is an unexpected suprise. I reccomend going for the bargains and to let the kids have fun playing with the toys before they buy them

My New Favorite Store, Wed 17 Jun 2009

I was excited when I heard this store was opening, and it hasn't disappointed. It's bright, huge, inviting and full of well-organized clothes in great condition. I've been 3 times and shopped specifically in girls 18-24 months, and the selection was completely different each time. I've bought several adorable casual dresses for $5-8 each, all like new. The most recent was Baby Gap. My daughter happily plays with their toys while I shop. I'll visit this store at least once per season, but probably more!
