The Natick Collection, after undergoing a major expansion, features Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Macy's, Sears, Gap, Coldwater Creek, Williams Sonoma, Build-A-Bear Workshop, Pottery Barn Kids, and Hollister Co.

The Mall's major expansion and very upscale facelift seems a bit out of place. Kind of like New York's 5th Avenue collides with Route 9. I don't get it. It's a lovely space though.

Children's stores include: babyGap, GapKids, Gymboree, Janie and Jack, Limited Too, Talbots Kids, Build-A-Bear, and Pottery Barn Kids, among others.

The Food Court features a decent variety of options including Gourmet India Cuisine, Sarko Japan, Sbarro Pizza, Salad Creations, Sushi and various burger & sandwich options. The area also includes a PlaySpace.

Talbots - RUDEST staff ever, Mon 21 Jan 2008

I've shopped at Talbots for over 20 years. Never in my life have I been spoken to in such a gallingly rude manner as I was this evening when I visited Talbots at the Natick Collection. I had purchased a cashmere sweater in another local Talbots store and it went on sale the next day. So I asked the sales clerk (in that same store) if an adjustment could be made (I had brought my receipt but not the garment). She assured me that this would be fine, just to bring the actual garment in with the tags still on and they would essentially return it for me, and then include the discount. So I was happy. A few days later, we were headed to the Natick Collection - so I brought the sweater with me - popped into Talbots - approached the counter with a smile and explained my situation. NEVER, in my LIFE, and I mean this sincerely, have I ever been spoken to in such a rude, hoity, pretentious manner in a store. I was told with quite an attitude that this sort of thing is 'never done' and 'who told you that??' and essentially was made to feel like a fool. (The idea that this woman was telling me that this was 'never done' at Tabots is false, I've had adjustments made at Talbots Sales for years and years and I've always been met with a smile and excellent service). But this attitudinal employee insisted that Talbots has 'never done that' in a 'Who did I think I was' tone. Befuddled and somewhat shaken, I turned to leave with my sweater, but then it really hit me - and I was so jaw-droppingly preturbed, that I just said, 'You know what? I am returning this right now'. So now they can go ahead and sell it to someone else at the discount. And I was so upset that I couldn't even say anything, but I really wanted to. But my heart was racing and my face was red and I was just totally appalled. Transaction done, I returned back to my husband and kids at the food court, and I ended up in tears. Now if this indeed was a new policy - that would have been fine. 'Oh, you know what - we used to do that, but we stopped last year....' Okay - I can accept that. No need to snap at me and make me feel like an idiot. After twenty years of being a loyal customer of Talbots - I will never return again. Nice going, lady.

The Mall, Mon 23 Aug 2004

The mall is a place where everyone goes, either to hang out, or to go shopping, get a bite to eat, rent a movie have some candy go for back to school shopping....Inside the mall are stores, and resterunts. The natick mall, is very specail though. Why? Because it has all kinds of shops, build a bear to Hallmark Cards. It has all Kinds of stores for teen, kids, adults, AND toddlers, now our mall (the natick mall.) might not be the biggest, but i know that its the most fun and loving mall I know! It helps everyone have fun, whether your spending youre months allowence or spending your lifes savings, or not even spendimg anything at all. I could write the world, but I can't, so I'll just rate it the best
