Awesome, Tue 21 Oct 2008
I loved Wrentham! I did not go on black Friday, but honestly, not getting out of parking lots has happened to me in other places before. Wrentham has an amazing Polo store, Coach... Everthing. It's so big and nice... I want to go back!
Great Shopping, Wed 23 Jul 2008
I love outlet shopping and make it a point to take a vacation with outlet shopping close by. I had been a big fan of North Conway and their shopping until Wrentham. Wow is all I can say. I didn't go on Black Sunday, it was in mid-June. The deals were great, the weather and service were too. It is such a big centre with such variety, much better than North Conway...and I had been going there happily for years. Now, I'll skip Kittery and North Conway and head straight here. Awesome!
RE: The Nightmare At Wrentham Outlet On Black Friday, Sat 24 Nov 2007, Thu 20 Dec 2007
I'm sorry but anyone who goes anywhere to shop on 'Black Friday' should expect rude people, stupid drivers and massive traffic jams. From 'Black Friday' til after the first of the new year, I avoid that place like the plague during weekend hours. Off hours and during the week are the only times to go there before Christmas. After the holidays, it's not a bad place to shop. However, my favorite all time mall to shop in is the Solomon Pond Mall in Northboro. It's a little known jewel with bargains and very little crowding during the holidays.
No Bargain, Mon 3 Dec 2007
I agree with the person who will never return to Wrentham Mall Outlets. The parking is a mess. Shops are overpriced . This is NOT an enjoyable shopping experience. With so many fine outlet malls not far from here , Don't WASTE your time going here.
The Nightmare At Wrentham Outlet On Black Friday, Sat 24 Nov 2007
I was at the Wrentham Outlet on black friday at midnight. Lousy sales. No great deals,. Nothing I couldn't live without. And worse of all trying to get out of the parking lot. It took us 2 and a half hours to get out of the parking lot. I called the wrentham oultet office 4 times and the last time they hung up on me. I was told their was a police man directing cars out of the outlet. They lied. The stop lights were reset for blinking red. If they had been operating correctly it would never have been that bad. Finally we were able to go behind the oultet and get out on the side of Ruby Tuesday's. There was no police man and security anywhere. I never want to go to that outlet again. It is was a horrible experience. I feel like I wasted my time. I wish I had never gone. Our car was almost hit 4 times. And a SUV and minivan tried to push our jeep out of the way. I kept calling and asking for security and kept getting blown-off. I hate that mall now and never want to go there again. I told every person I saw how horrible that mall was and I will continue. I have never been that annoyed or scared of being run over as I was that day. The parking lot was a nightmare as well. It was totally unorganized and the help desk was rude and unhelpful. I will discourage people from attending this next year and discourage them from going to this mall. I believe the only mall worth going to is the emerald mall. It was much easier to get into and out. Plus the sales were a lot better for the consumer. The parking at the emerald mall was fantastic. Unlike the wrentham village premium outlet, There were cars everywhere and no way out. If we had stayed on side e parking lot near the wrentham mall I think we would still be there...
