This is the quilt-making class you have been waiting for.

Now is the time to try your hand at something you’ve been admiring for years.

Learn about patchwork, appliqué, and the quilt sandwich by making a small quilt of your own.

This is sure to be a fun learning experience from a quilt artist known for being a fun, patient and inspiring teacher.

We invite others not new to quilting to join us as well.

Laura Rosenspan has been teaching quilt making for over 30 years and concentrating on fiber arts for the past 20 years.

Her own prize-winning quilts have appeared in The New England Quilt Museum in Lowell, and various schools, libraries, community centers and other exhibitions, including here at Fuller Craft Museum.

She has been featured on cable television, and her work has been displayed in national magazines.

Laura received her degree in Fine Arts and Education from Hunter College, CUNY and continued her studies at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, leading her to a career in Textile Design.
