Bring the family down to the beautiful waterfront at Shipyard Park for the Lion's Club Harbor Days Kid's Craft Event!This interactive afternoon serves as a wonderful kickoff to Mattapoisett's annual Harbor Days community festivities.
Led by Whimsy Art Events and local artist Val Lamphere, young creators will dive headfirst into a nautical project: a 3D ocean wall hanger featuring 'Salty the Seahorse.' Kids will have the opportunity to experiment with paint, glue, and mixed materials to assemble a customized beachy keepsake.
It's a fantastic, creative outlet to make new friends, enjoy the sea breeze, and take home an awesome, self-made summer decoration.
