Wrap up summer in the city with a free outdoor screening of Hamilton at Boston City Hall Plaza.This screening closes out the season for the Mayor's Movie Nights series, part of the Boston Parks and Recreation Department's ParkARTS program, presented with sponsor America 250 and additional support from the Mayor's Office of Tourism, Sports, and Entertainment.
The filmed version of the original Broadway smash hit tells the story of American founding father Alexander Hamilton, described as the story of America then, told by America now.
Rated PG-13.
Bring a blanket or lawn chair and settle in on City Hall Plaza as the movie begins at dusk, around 7:45pm.
Free popcorn will be provided while supplies last.
City Hall Plaza is easily accessible by the Green, Blue, Red, Orange, and Silver MBTA lines and a short walk from North and South Stations.
