Join The GreenHouse on the Greenway for a joyful, outdoor children's yoga class filled with movement, music, and imagination!Geared towards ages 3 to 6, though open to all ages, this playful class uses yoga, games, and gentle mindfulness to help children build confidence, coordination, and body awareness while learning self-regulation tools.
Set in the fresh air and open green space of the Rose Kennedy Greenway, each session creates a supportive environment for little ones to move freely and explore.
This program is free to the public through the Greenway's partnership with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.
