Make Committee's Sail Boston Harbor Lounge your waterfront home base during the Tall Ships celebration.Located on Committee's spacious, partially covered patio in Boston's Seaport, the Sail Boston Harbor Lounge will be open July 11 through July 16, offering guests a front-row seat to the excitement with handcrafted cocktails, Mediterranean-inspired bites, and a lineup of exclusive summer cocktails available throughout the lounge's duration.
Featured cocktails include The All Blue (bourbon, Averna, banana, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, and lime), Flora Fling (Aperol, Rinomato, strawberry, orange blossom, Fever-Tree Club Soda, and prosecco), and So Julia (St-Germain, Chareau, melon, lemon, Fever-Tree Cucumber Soda, and prosecco).
To launch the Sail Boston Harbor Lounge, on Saturday, July 11 only, Committee's patio will feature a special seafood experience with Executive Chef Sebastian Zuluaga preparing fresh seafood to order outdoors on the patio from 3–8 p.m. Guests can enjoy freshly shucked oysters, made-to-order crudo, and shrimp cocktail while taking in the excitement of Sail Boston and the Parade of Sail.
Chef Zuluaga's outdoor patio seafood experience is exclusive to July 11.
The Sail Boston Harbor Lounge patio bar will be open daily beginning at 3 p.m. from July 11–16, serving specialty summer cocktails, including The All Blue, Flora Fling, and So Julia, alongside Committee favorites throughout the Tall Ships celebration.
Committee’s Sail Boston Harbor Lounge accommodates both intimate gatherings and larger groups with seating for 68 guests.
New high-top tables, couches, and lounge chairs offer a variety of seating options, while updated mood lighting and lush greenery, flowers create a vibrant waterfront escape.
With its unique semi-covered patio, whether it's a sunny afternoon, a drizzly day, or a warm summer evening, Committee is the perfect place to gather with friends, sip cocktails, enjoy Mediterranean fare, and celebrate the return of the Tall Ships.
