Through guided EFT tapping sessions, reflective writing workshops, and somatic practices including yoga and sound healing, you'll learn to identify and release the subconscious patterns that keep you stuck – both creatively, and in your path to a more intentional, sober curious life.

Haley will guide you through transformative work designed to rewire limiting beliefs: We'll begin with a subconscious breakthrough session to identify what's really behind your writer's block, the deep, hidden patterns that keep you stuck.

Then, we'll use Faster EFT to clear those blocks in real time so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

Sarah will lead you through writing exercises and guided conversations about sobriety that will help you unlock your authentic creative voice.

To complete the experience, we'll do a vision boarding session to help you reconnect with your creative vision and the work you're here to produce.

Whether you're sober, sober-curious, or simply seeking a clearer approach to your creative life, this retreat offers a supportive container for exploration.
