How is screen use affecting our children and teens, and what can we do about it?Join us at the Tilton Library for an honest, research-grounded, and highly encouraging look at the physical, emotional, and social effects of technology on young people.
Led by Kristen Peterson—an educational consultant with over 20 years of experience working closely with teenagers—this 60-minute program explores the direct impact of screens on adolescent sleep patterns, brain development, musculoskeletal health, social skills, and overall mental health.
The presentation will also highlight actionable solutions, examining how intentional time spent outdoors can serve as a powerful natural antidote to digital fatigue.
To help make this community event accessible for busy families, free pizza and complimentary childcare are provided on-site during the program.
