JBabies: Bonding with Baby and JBabies 2 for 2nd & 3rd Time Moms.
This program is led by our talented instructor Jolie Helmbrecht (formerly of Isis).
The class will provide a nurturing environment for both moms and babies.
Moms develop close relationships with other moms and ongoing support as they share the excitement of watching each baby grow and master the great developmental tasks of the first few months of life.
Developmental milestones are celebrated and meaningful friendships are formed.
Discussion topics include the following: integrating the new baby into the family, infant behavioral and emotional development, activities to promote developmental progress, developmental play, returning to work, childcare choices and more.
Group time includes music and movement and developmental play as babies are ready.
Classes are one hour long and will run on Tuesdays, beginning March 18th.
