The Leventhal-Sidman Jewish Community Center in Newton will hold a Sunday Funday open house and children’s show on Sunday, December 2.

From 11am until 3pm, the center will be open to the community for indoor flag football in the gym, art projects, open children’s gym and open rock climbing wall.

At 1pm and 3pm, the center’s Magic Ark Children’s Series presents Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day, a fun-filled musical based on Judith Viorst’s best-selling book. The show is geared for ages 4 and up.

Tickets to the Magic Ark show are $10 ($9 for JCC members) and can be purchased by calling the JCC Box Office at 617-965-5226 or online at www.lsjcc.org. All other activities are free. For more information, call 617-558-6522.
