Celebrate a milestone year of health, connection, and holistic wellness at the 5th Annual Lids Live Well-NESS FEST!

Organized by Lidya Rivera-Early in dynamic collaboration with the Springfield Parks and Recreation Department, this vibrant neighborhood gathering has evolved into a powerhouse movement dedicated to nurturing physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Set against the beautiful backdrop of Springfield's historic Forest Park, this inclusive festival brings together residents, local businesses, and health organizations to build a supportive culture of care.

Kick off your morning with an energized 5K run/walk, then stick around to explore a bustling marketplace filled with local product vendors, essential health resources, exciting community raffles, and popular local food trucks.

Throughout the afternoon, fitness leaders will guide attendees through an array of live exercise and wellness presentations tailored for all experience levels.
