HUB Parkour Summer Vacation Camp
Half Day Camp - 9am-1230pm / 1230pm-4pm
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF CAMP HUB
Each week will follow a basic structure for rounding out each athlete to experience all facets of parkour, ninja warrior and trampoline skills!
New students will follow a 'Parkour 101' route, while our class students and returning campers will advance their skills in each breakdown!
DAY ONE: SAFETY AND LANDING
The first day of camp preps our new campers on how to jump + land, stay safe and of course, get introduced to Parkour.
DAY TWO: VAULTING
Parkour is about being fast and efficient -vaulting helps us clear any low-level obstacles easily!
DAY THREE: WALLS
Aim high and hold on tight, conquering walls is the next step on mastering your environment.
DAY FOUR: BARS
From swinging on trees to monkey bars on the playground, safely using bars and rails is key to mastering all obstacles.
DAY FIVE: ACRO
While not exclusive to parkour, training your mind to control itself mid-air proves to be very useful in this sport.
