The American Association of Variable Stars Observers (AAVSO) is turning 110 this year!

The AAVSO is celebrating this milestone at the 110th AAVSO Annual Meeting, Wednesday, November 3 through Sunday, November 7, 2021, at The Row Hotel in Assembly Row, Somerville, MA.

The Annual Meeting includes a reception with an opening speaker Friday night, and two full days of keynote speakers, presentations, poster research and observing section discussions, and ends with a banquet Sunday night.

Also experience additional in-person perks celebrating our 110th year!

There will also be a 2-day Spectroscopy Workshop for beginner through advanced participants on November 3-4.

Since 1911, the AAVSO has advanced astronomy by providing citizen scientists the opportunity to contribute to research on a global scale.

The AAVSO significantly contributes to astronomy research and serves as a resource for their community of observers.
