With support from the Mayor's Office of Immigrant Advancement (MOIA), Asian Women for Health (AWFH) launches 'Mind Hive Roots,' a unique storytelling initiative for youth with immigrant roots.This engaging workshop focuses on healing, identity, creativity, and reducing mental health stigma through the power of shared experiences.
Storytelling provides a creative framework for young people to process both personal and collective journeys, affirm their unique cultural identities, and strengthen intergenerational connections.
Participants will explore personal narrative building, creative expression, and group discussion in a welcoming, highly supportive environment designed to promote wellness and community connection.
