Our Overture and Act 1 students (grades 1-6) will be immersed in acting, dancing, singing, and theatrical design.
Throughout the week, students will use these skills to develop their own play that will be staged, rehearsed, and culminate in a public performance!
This new program is perfect for newcomers and experienced actors alike! Our staff, focused on differentiated instruction, will work with the students to adapt based on their interests and goals.
FEBRUARY VACATION THEATRE WEEK
Theme: Wild West Adventure
Movement Style: Line Dancing
Craft: Costumes
Saddle up and join us for a wild west adventure!
Actors in the February session will perform cowboy songs, learn to line dance, and create their own costumes.
At the end of the week, all of these newly-developed skills will be showcased in the performance of their original student-written play.
These programs are held indoors in a well-ventilated space in which social distancing can be accommodated and is open to fully-vaccinated students in grades 1-6. Masks required. Please reach out to [email protected] with any questions regarding our Health & Safety plan.
