Young fencers can continue with our Youth/Junior Programs in foil, epee and sabre. View Youth Programs
Adult Programs
Fencing is an energetic and exciting sport for not only the body but for the mind as well. Fencing is not only great exercise but is a terrific way to relieve stress! Emphasis in adult fencing programs is placed on technique and physical fitness.
Fencers learn to outlast and outwit their opponents using technique, strategy, and physical endurance. Supervised bouting and one-on-one sessions with the coach during these classes is the cornerstone of our program. View Adult Programs
