Isabella Stewart Gardner MuseumThe Wilbraham Children's Museum is designed to meet the needs of children under age 5. The museum offers organized weekly playgroups, public hours, and a newly renovated playground that is free to the public year round.
The museum itself contains a variety of exhibits that are updated or replaced from time to time. Current exhibits include a space ship, a castle, a puppet theater, a dress-up box, a pretend kitchen, a gas truck and a fire-fighting exhibit. In addition, there are a number of toys and musical instruments available for playing, a Brio train set, and a foam climbing structure for infants and toddlers. As much work as possible is done by volunteers in setting up, creating, and maintaining these exhibits.
