Each year, Old South Meeting House museum and National Historic Landmark centrally located on Boston's Freedom Trail, serves over 12, 000 students and teachers with programs that immerse participants in the events preceding the American Revolution and introduce them to the lives of fascinating historical figures. Reenact the Boston Tea Party meeting, experience the extraordinary life of slave and poet Phillis Wheatley, and debate the controversial issues surrounding the First Amendment!

All Old South Meeting House school programs meet the Massachusetts Frameworks for History and Social Science and English/Language Arts. A minimum of ten (10) students is required for all programs. Group rates are available for groups of ten (10) or more. Registration is required for all groups and must be made three (3) weeks in advance for most programs.
