Build A Fort Building a fort isn't easy! In fact, it took 17 years to build Fort Warren out of granite.
Join us for a drop-in program and build your own fort out of giant legos.
Designed Especially for kids!
Georges Island is a relaxing, 45-minute ferry ride from downtown Boston.
Catch the ferry at Long Wharf North, close to Faneuil Hall and Christopher Columbus Park.
Also accessible by MBTA boat from Hingham.

During the summer season, park ferries depart frequently from Long Wharf, Boston; Hingham Shipyard; and Pemberton Point, Hull. We suggest arriving at the dock at least 30 minutes prior to departure to allow time for ticketing and boarding. Regular ferry fees apply. More info on- www.bostonharborislands.org
