Jennifer McCurdy’s forms capture the elusive glimpse of light absorbed or reflected on convex and concave surfaces.

Gilded in gold leaf they appear to be illuminated from within.

Janis Sanders paints with oils and a palette knife in plen aire.

His self-assigned task is to convey the ethereal thing of light in paint, as the sun casts its breath on the world.

Together the two are luminescent.

Join us at the Opening for wine, food and good company, during regular gallery hours, fri-sun, 12-5pm and mon, 4-7pm during Magnolia Farmers Market, or email [email protected] for appt.
