History Alive Summer Programs let children experience firsthand what it was like to live in early America, Colonial times, or the Civil War era.
Each week-long day programs include activities such as campfire cookouts, Native American storytelling, authentic period cooking, dog tent/long house building, colonial & Civil War costumes, songs and dances, crafts and games, and marching and drills.
Early Americans (ages 7-12): July 7-11
Colonial New England (ages 7-12): July 14-18
Civil War Encampment (ages 7-10): July 28- Aug 1
Civil War Heroes (ages 10-13): Aug 4-8
Age of Victoria (ages 8-13): Aug 18-20 (3 days)
