Kid's can play with boats, barges, crafts, and vessels of all shapes and sizes, and discover urban water environments. An amazing 28-foot-long, 800-gallon water tank is a replica of Fort Points Channel scene outside the Museum's window complete with replicas of the four bridges.

Kids can float homemade boats and other floating and sinking objects along the currents. They can also put on life jackets, bib pants, sou'wester, and foul weather gear and climb aboard the Minnow, a real life size boat.

The Children's Museum is unlike any other, designed specifically to help children understand and enjoy the world in which they live.
