Over 300 children and parents took part in the Connecting for Change FAMILY Programming. We plan on building upon this success in 2011. The Family Program will be FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
It will be held in the Exhibitor Hall on the corner of Purchase and Spring Streets in Downtown New Bedford on Saturday, October 22nd, from 10-5 and Sunday, October 23rd, from 10-3.
As with the entire Connecting for Change Conference, we will offer programming that helps provide the tools to create deep and positive change in families, in the community and in the world at large. Both days will be filled with an array of exciting workshops and interactive activities, including:
· TOE JAM PUPPET BAND’S GREEN SHOW on Saturday at 10am
· Kids Yoga
· Family Cooking
· Green Art Activities
· Live Animal Presentations
· Storytelling
· And much more!
