The 2nd annual Paws for Peace festival will feature hot-air balloons, K9 demonstrations, activities for animals and games for children, live music, artisans and crafters, food vendors, face painting, and numerous raffles. The Amesbury Police Department will be providing child identification kits, and the Fire Department will have a fire engine and rescue boat on site. Weather permitting, a State Police helicopter will also be present.
KIDS and K9 ASSIST is a non-profit organization dedicated to and working for the betterment of animal and child welfare. They run a variety of programs that benefit animals, children, the elderly, the disabled, and the community in general. Their goal is to 'help kids to overcome their challenges and empower them to be safe, healthy, responsible and beneficial contributors to society by teaching them to train and prepare puppies as service dogs that will benefit physically disabled individuals and our community-at-large.'

From I-495: Take exit #54, Amesbury/Rt. 150. Go straight through the intersection of Rt. 150 and 110. At blinking yellow light, take a left onto Highland Street. At the T-intersection, take a left onto Lions Mouth Road. Continue on Lions Mouth Road for 1 mile and the farm will be on your left.
From I-95 N: Take the Rt. 110 W exit, and at the fourth traffic light, take a right onto Rt. 150. At blinking yellow light, take a left onto Highland Street. At the T-intersection, take a left onto Lions Mouth Road. Continue on Lions Mouth Road for 1 mile and the farm will be on your left.
