There’ll be plenty of opportunity for seasonal shopping at the Arthouse Boutique and no holiday event would be complete without a visit from the big guy himself – Santa Claus will be there too and he loves having his photo taken (Bring your camera!) and getting letters from the children.
Here’s the whole list of what’s happening throughout the day. All activities begin at Noon unless otherwise indicated:
Pancakes with Santa- Bring the kids to Café Olio from 10am-12pm for a pancake breakfast with the Big Guy himself. Reservations and tickets are required- purchase tickets at Café Olio prior to December 2nd!
Story Telling – Children’s holiday themed stories from Noon-2:00pm (Kids should bring their favorite books!)
Arthouse Boutique- Do a little holiday shopping at the Arthouse Boutique featuring unique gifts created by area artists. The Boutique is open 11am-5pm both Saturday and Sunday that week-end.
Ice Sculpting Demo- Watch professional ice sculptors as they create winter wonderland masterpieces on the new Village Green!
Gingerbread Auction-Check out the silent auction of gingerbread houses at our model homes to benefit the local food pantry.
Reindog Parade- Dress your pups in their best holiday gear at 3:00 p.m.
Meet Santa Claus –Don’t forget a camera, a letter for Santa and your child’s wish list!
Cookie Decorating -Kids can decorate (and eat) their own holiday cookies.
Holiday Ornaments- Kids can hang their wishes and ornaments on the Caring Trees that will be delivered to children in local hospitals.
Petting Zoo- Feed the animals at the petting zoo on the Village Green.
Carolers- Get in the holiday spirit with festive carolers.
Tree Lighting - Join us for the lighting of The Pinehills Holiday Tree at 5:00 p.m.
