Fencing is a sport for children, teenagers and adults.

Kids can start fencing as early as five years old and continue the sport for their entire lives.
Fencing captures the imagination, encourages creativity, and develops and builds confidence in physical and mental skills.

Modern fencing requires the courage, stamina, speed, and agility of a fighter combined with the brains to out-think an opponent.

There is nothing like the exhilaration of battle, the pleasure of movement, and the mental challenges that you receive from fencing!
