Shalom Friends is an award winning parent/child music and movement program with a Jewish twist, for families with children up to age 5. This eight week program meets weekly, for one hour. Participants play with instruments, sing and dance with colorful scarves all while learning about Shabbat, Israel , the holidays and more.
Storytime and crafts are also included. Each family receives an original music CD and songbook to enjoy on their own. Classes meet at Congregation Or Atid, 97 Concord. Rd, Wayland. Open to the entire community. Presented by the JCCs of Greater Boston. Pre-registration with payment required by Oct. 22. To register, contact familes @jccgb.org or (617) 558-6414.
