The Signature Music Series at Berklee presents an extraordinary season of performances by Berklee students, faculty, and alumni, and world-renowned musicians.

The spring 2015 half of the series features gospel singer Kim Burrell, the music of Disney, the music of Persia, and an orchestral tribute to the video game Final Fantasy at Symphony Hall.

All performances take place at the Berklee Performance Center (BPC), except April 24 at Boston Symphony Hall (BSO).

The BPC is located at 136 Massachusetts Avenue, Boston.

February 12 - Kim Burrell Meets Berklee

Grammy-nominated Gospel singer and pastor Kim Burrell possesses a dynamic, distinctive, and captivating voice that carries the power to sooth and inspire.

At the concert, Burrell will perform with a large student ensemble led by Berklee alumnus Rashad McPherson, and will be interviewed by by Gospel Today founder and editor Teresa Hairston.

Admission: $12/$24.

March 1 - Great American Songbook: The Music of Disney

Berklee's annual Great American Songbook series continues as the college's finest student and faculty singers and instrumentalists perform sweeping new arrangements of music from classic Disney films and shows.

Music from The Lion King, Peter Pan, Davy Crockett, Beauty and the Beast, Mary Poppins, Cinderella, Frozen, Toy Story, and more will be featured.

Admission: $12/$16.

March 3 - Middle Eastern Music Festival: The Music of Persia

The Middle Eastern Music Festival brings artists from the Middle East, the Balkans, and the Mediterranean together with Berklee students to learn and experience musical traditions from those regions.

This year's edition will focus on Persian music as well as traditions from the Balkans and the Caucasus.

It will feature world-renowned Persian artists, the Pletenitsa Balkan Choir, Middle Eastern Fusion Festival Band, and the Berklee World Strings Orchestra, directed by professor Eugene Friesen.

Admission: $12.

April 24 - Distant Worlds: Music from Final Fantasy

Grammy Award-winning conductor Arnie Roth leads the Berklee Contemporary Symphony Orchestra in a captivating performance of music from the Final Fantasy video game franchise.

The concert will feature music from all fourteen Final Fantasy games, and a stunning HD video presentation showing exclusive content from game developer Squre Enix.

Admission: $43.50-$92.50.
