the north end elephant brunch photoThis year, the annual North End Elephant Brunch is where some of the biggest stars of the circus, the Asian elephants, salute some of the biggest heroes – the City of Boston’s first responders.

Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey’s all new show celebrates the ‘spirit of the Dragon’ which exemplifies HEART, COURAGE, STRENGTH and WISDOM. Over the past few months, the City of Boston has embodied all of these virtues, especially first responders from Boston Police Department, Boston Fire Department, Boston Emergency Medical Services and all those who serve in the U.S. Armed Forces.

First responders and their families will be honored during the elephant brunch and be invited to help feed the elephants, receive one-of-a-kind pachyderm paintings, and be invited to that evenings performance of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Presents DRAGONS at TD Garden.
\(weather permitting)

Mike’s Pastry and F&B Produce are just a few of the local vendors who take some ‘large’ orders while the circus is in town. For the its 5 day stay in Boston, Ringling Bros. and Barnum and Bailey circus requires the following:

- 240 loaves of unsliced white bread from Biga Bread (Charlestown,MA)

- 16 bags of carrots, 16 cases of apples, 7 cases corn, 7 cases celery & 7 cases bananas from US Foodservice (Everett & Peabody, MA)
