Soaring Satellites Design Challenges
Using household objects, design, build, and test a satellite that can hover in our wind tubes for at least five seconds. Drop-in activity.
Butterfly Garden
Walk among the free-flying residents of this warm conservatory filled with exotic plants. Admission every fifteen minutes.
For Preschoolers: Live Animal Story Time
Hear a story and meet its animal star in a presentation made especially for our younger visitors!
Discovery Center
In the afternoon, head to our Discovery Center, where your little ones can put an animal skeleton together, touch a real fossil, or observe a variety of live animals up close.
