NEW LOCATION FOR 2019!
M.O.M.’s Run is on the Move… Want to run our flattest course ever? Really, NO hills! The start and finish will take place out of Baxter Park @ Assembly Row Somerville. Come join us for a special treat, as year 17 will run along the pathways of the Mystic River Reservation.
About the Mary O’Brien Memorial Run
In the past 16 years, M.O.M.’s Run has raised over $220,000 benefiting the Claudia Adams Barr Program in Innovative Basic Cancer Research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
We owe this success to the thousands of runners, countless volunteers, and generous sponsors who have partaken over the years. Thank you!
We’re gearing up for 2019 to be our biggest year yet! Whether it’s to celebrate moms, promote health, to commemorate cancer survivors or to honor those we’ve lost, we hope you’ll join us on Mother’s Day for a 5K, delicious food and a fantastic raffle.

- There will be breakfast snacks and coffee pre-race as early as 8:00 a.m., Kids Fun Run will start at 9:30, Walkers will start at 9:45 and Runners will start at 10:00. Post-race we will have food & drinks donated by local sponsors, awards ceremony, and a raffle with great prizes. Be sure to bring extra cash for raffle tickets!
