What do trains, flutes, and clocks all have in common? At the Charles River Museum of Industry & Innovation they have all been miniturized
From tiny working tractors to a petite B-52 Bomber, children can experience monster machines on a minuscule scale. Over 100 interactive exhibit offer a one of a kind experience not to be forgotten.
The event also exhibits gasoline engines, aircraft engines, locomotives, clocks, model boats, and various contraptions of their own design.
Several exhibits feature hands-on experiments. Some of the past exhibits have included a miniature working grist mill, a remote control tractor, sculptural puzzles, miniature working flutes, and more.

From I-95/Route 128, take exit 26 (Route 20 east). Follow Route 20 east for approximately 1.6 miles, and before Waltham Common turn right onto Moody Street. Turn left at the second traffic light onto Pine Street. Turn left into the City of Waltham Municipal Parking Lot. Park your car and cross the footbridge over the Charles River. Take a right on the brick walkway and proceed to the museum entrance at the end of the walkway.
