Enjoy dynamic family programs on selected weekends at the Peabody Essex Museum. Explore, discover and create with story times, crafts, workshops, exhibits and live performance. Programs are held in the beautiful auditorium, well-equipt art studios and airy Atrium. Then try a delicious treat in the cafe! Fun for the whole family.

The Peabody Essex Museum is doing its best to bring families in on weekends, and the programs really work. We've seen performances, done well-thought-out crafts, and discovered neat stuff in the children's area. It's not an whole day, like the Children's Museum, but it's a very high-quality three hours. Get a library pass and it's free!
