H2K Happy Healthy Kids Fitness Studio specializes in non-competitive fitness for children and families.
We are a safe and fun fitness studio that offers classes like Kids Cardio Kickboxing, Kids Zumba, Kids Yoga, Middle School and Teen Classes, Family and me Fitness, Mom and Baby yoga, Private Classes and Healthy Birthday Parties.
What makes our classes super unique is that we always end with healthy goals and meditation.
H2K is located in Arlington and has satellite locations in Maynard and Natick.
In addition to our studios, H2K offers mobile enrichment programs and classes statewide.
