princess pirate panto theater in the open photoTheater in the Open presents an inspiring selection of theatrical performances every year in Maudslay State Park.

This year we hit the high seas in search of adventure, buried treasure, and maybe a dance number or two. Dust off your eye-patch and tiara: it’s time to boo the baddies and cheer on the goodies

Follow the Theater in the Open flags from the Park parking lot. Allow ten minutes to stroll to the site and $2.00 for parking. Map and Directions

From I-95 N: Take exit #57 (Rt. 113) toward West Newbury. Turn left onto Storey Avenue (Rt. 113), and after .3 mile, turn right onto Daniel Lucy Way. Drive for .6 mile, and turn left onto Curzon Mill Road. Park in the Maudslay State Park parking lot and follow the flags to the play site. Allow for a 20 minute stroll from the parking lot.
