Amy Kreydin, the owner of The Barefoot Dragonfly is hosting an open house at her practice in Stoneham that will include information on Reflexology, a mini European Barfuss park, and henna skin art on Saturday June 13th at 1 p.m.
The event will start at 1 p.m. and will continue until 3 p.m. where visitors will be able to obtain more information on Kreydin’s practice. The Barefoot Dragonfly will also be conducting barefoot exercises and games, homemade aromatherapy tips, and cobblestone foot path demonstrations. A local henna artist will be providing temporary henna skin art.
A mini European Barfuss park will include barefoot exercises encouraging children and adults to explore the many talents of their feet. Foot coordination and exploration stations will be available as well as foot gymnastics and games that teach balance and discovery.
Kreydin teaches self-help Reflexology classes for Reading Adult and Community Education as well as continuing education workshops for practitioners. Through this event, Kreydin hopes to share her knowledge and educate visitors on Reflexology.
