I had the Home Depot's At Home Services division come out and give me an estimate for a roofing, and windows project. They were absolutely terrific, it was well above my families expectations. The entire process was flawless, and imagine that they actually FINISHED the job! We have hired four different so-called contractors in the last 10 years for various projects throughout our house, and not one actually completed the job 100%!!! The Home Depot (as we knew they would) did! Impressed beyond belief!
Poor Customer Service With A Poor Home Depot Roofing Installation, Sun 6 Aug 2006
I can not uderstand how a customer can spent $7,645.00 for a new roof and get such poor customer service from the Home Depot. After three roofs and over $1,000.00 in damages they still have not corrected all of my problems. On 3-29-06 my ceiling was crack over 4 months later and still do not have it fixed.
